These terms of service ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between the website ("Website operator", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of this website and any of its products or services (collectively, "Website" or "Services").

Our Mall consists of three operational ATM for FNB (which is located near Molapo Piazza besides Marula Shoe Care), Standard Charted Bank and Stanbic Bank (which are both located opposite Dros near the north-side parking lot)

Our Restrooms are maintained 24hrs by our staff and goes through regular maintainance for your convenience. Our restrooms are located in the passage way in Molapo Piazza. Our Restroom caters for both male and female and for disabled people as well

Molapo Crossing has two parking lots. One on the Northside of the mall looking towards Block 6 and another on the South side looking towards Block 5. Both parking include disabled parking zones and 24hrs petrol by security. If your car is caught parking inappropriately (taking up two lanes, parking outside a parking zone, parking in a designated parking area and disabled area with no prove of disability) then your car will be clamped accordingly to our mall policies.

Guest can unclamp their cars with the security guard assigned to the parking area which you will find at the centre of the parking lot you're in. Guest may receive a fine for inappropriate parking.

Any item that is lost is to be reported to our mall security which you can find at ???. Our mall will not be held responsible for any lost items during your visit unless it was due to the inconvenience of any of our staff

At Molapo Crossing Mall, we prioritise the safety and security of our patrons and tenants. Our dedicated in-house security team and strategically placed CCTV cameras, especially in parking areas, ensure a secure environment for all.
