At Molapo Crossing Mall, we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests attending events hosted at our venue. Please review the following refund policy regarding event ticket purchases:
Refund Eligibility
- Refund Requests: Refunds will be considered only for events that are canceled or rescheduled by the event organiser or Molapo Crossing Mall.
- Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, a full refund of the ticket price will be provided to the original method of payment.
- Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a refund.
Non-Refundable Purchases
- Change of Mind: All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for tickets purchased due to a change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts.
- No-Show: Failure to attend the event does not qualify for a refund.

- Tickets purchased at a discount, during special promotions, or using vouchers are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
